The response from attendees was better than I have ever experienced before at a trade event.  JD and I (the dynamic duo) were rushed off our feet for virtually the entire event.  Your winning wheel idea was again a big hit.  JD and I took some creative licence with the prize distribution.  We encouraged the winners to negotiate better prizes than shown on the wheel.  We gave away much more product than we normally would, but everyone concerned had a lot of fun and all of the laughing that was going on attracted more people to the stand.  The night ended successfully as Ardex was voted by the attendees as the best stand at the show.

I would highly recommend AIS CPD Days to other suppliers that need to connect with Architects on a longer timeframe. Most often appointments are too brief to go over the more detailed information associated with various materials and products. I have found the architects come to these events well prepared to take in the information presented to them.

As is the case with AIS events, it was well organised and a professional event, and the only hitch on the day was something out of anyone’s control, a major traffic incident.

All that was required of us was to be there and offer a professional presentation – AIS took care of all the other requirements – including the certificates to the participants.

We have found CPD presentations to be an excellent opportunity to show the professionalism and technical expertise of our company and staff, with no need to “promote” our products, to Architects, Interior Designers, Hydraulic Consultants, Quantity Surveyors and Specifiers, most of whom require CPD points.
