AIS offers several styles of product presentations and is happy to tailor an event to meet your needs at a time convenient for you.

iFlex Informal Presentations
For busy architectural and design practices there is simply no better or efficient way than an iFlex to keep your design and specification teams up to date with the latest and most useful new product developments. iFlex events bring you suppliers with fresh concepts or new products to present - in a time-saving format lending itself to an informal exchange of ideas and information. At an iFlex, we won't subject you to tiresome PowerPoint presentations and you can attend for just a few minutes or however long you want.

Structured Presentations
If you're looking for a more formal presentation then our structured presentations could be for you. A structured presentation introduces you to up to four product suppliers with each scheduled to present to you over lunch.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Presentations
AIS facilitates CPD presentations to architects in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. These presentations are made up of two 30-minute presentations by two suppliers or one 60-minute presentation by one supplier. A CPD presentation is not a sales presentation. It is a presentation given by a suitably qualified (formally or by knowledge or practical experience) person and focuses on education.

Equinox Boutique Trade Expos
A boutique trade expo and cocktail event is hosted at a popular venue twice yearly in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. One focuses on interiors and one on architecture and landscaping. Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Townsville also host Equinox on a once-a-year basis. Equinox has been so successful that it will be extending to Auckland in New Zealand in 2012. Each Equinox event features up to 20 suppliers showcasing their latest release products. Attendance is limited to pre-registered professional specifiers with attendees from hundreds of practices.

Archipedia is being developed in response to many architectural practices downsizing their trade libraries and requesting access to technical catalogues in electronic format - online and in one place.

The Archipedia system has features such as product alerts, direct representative contact and other information architects are telling us they want, but the basis of the system is efficient access to quickly download or view up-to-date technical catalogues. In other words an electronic version of what would normally be on shelf in an architectural library. www.archipedia.com.au

The AIS Library Management System

The AIS Library management system is an internet delivered software program that assists you in maintaining your hard-copy catalogue library and features our unique bar-coding process to keep track of catalogues.  All staff can have access to your library system from their desktop.
