AIS' services help keep your practice up-to-date

Busy practices need efficient systems to keep staff up-to-date with the latest products and innovations across the building industry. We have hundreds of suppliers willing to offer presentations on their latest products in an easy and relaxed format that suits your practice. AIS offers several styles of product presentations and is happy to tailor an event to meet your needs at a time convenient for you.

iFlex Informal Presentations
For busy architectural and design practices, there is simply no better or efficient way than an iFlex presentation to keep your design and specification teams up to date with the latest and most useful new product developments. iFlex presentations bring you suppliers with fresh concepts or new products to present - in a time-saving format lending itself to an informal exchange of ideas and information. At an iFlex, we won't subject you to tiresome PowerPoint presentations and you can attend for just a few minutes or however long you want.

Structured Presentations
If you're looking for a more formal presentation then our structured presentations could be for you. A structured presentation introduces you to up to four product suppliers with each scheduled to present to you over lunch.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Presentations
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is now a registration requirement for architects in Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania and Western Australia, and a topic of policy discussion in Victoria, South Australia and the Territories. AIS can arrange all of your CPD needs, delivered to your premises, at your convenience, and at no cost to you. We have a growing menu of accredited formal CPD presentation topics for you to select from. These presentations meet the specific requirements of your relevant state or territory registration board. As part of our service, we will also book your presentation, send you an invitation and issue team members with a Certificate of Attendance for their personal CPD records.

Equinox Boutique Trade Expos
A boutique trade expo and cocktail event is hosted at a popular venue twice yearly in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Townsville and Auckland also host Equinox on a once-a-year basis. Equinox has been so successful that it will be extending to Darwin in 2013. Each Equinox event features up to 20 suppliers showcasing their latest release architectural, landscaping and interior products. Attendance is limited to pre-registered professional specifiers with attendees from hundreds of practices.

Archipedia will make your life easier by saving you time, space and stress, as well as helping you become more eco-friendly.

Archipedia uses the latest technology to store and display a comprehensive library of building industry suppliers’ catalogues online. This will help you access product information faster and easier than ever. Our eCatalogues are far more efficient and up-to-date than printed catalogues, with information presented in a more user-friendly and intuitive way than is usually the case on many suppliers' websites.

"Archipedia has become my default destination for up-to-date product information. The range of suppliers and products saves time and effort."

The AIS Library Management System

The AIS library management system is a web-based software program that assists you in maintaining your hardcopy catalogue library and features our unique barcoding process to keep track of catalogues. All staff can have access to your library system from their desktop. Many of Australia's leading practices use the AIS library management system to take control of their library.
