Architectural events and presentations
iFlex Presentations
AIS pioneered the multi-supplier presentation called an iFlex. An iFlex is an effective way to make or keep in contact with specifiers in major practices. An iFlex is like a mini trade show in the architect's own office - typically their board room. The relaxed format appeals to many busy practices where combining up to 6 or so suppliers into each event makes the best use of their time.
Formal Presentations
While most practices prefer a iFlex, in some practices, a more structured style of event is more to their liking. In a formal presentation, we combine up to 4 suppliers who each have the floor for 10-15 minutes - usually ample time to get your message across.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
CPD is a compulsory process for registered architects in some states. AIS can arrange formal CPD presentations in major practices. CPD presentations need to be very structured, with a focus on education rather than sales.
“The lunch presentations enable us to have access to a large range of architects and firms that would otherwise be largely un-accessible and I have gained at least half a dozen specifications on large projects as a direct result of the presentations completed and the associated follow-up… I continue to highly recommend AIS to colleagues at other companies as I find it a great value tool for gaining quality contacts, leads and specifications.”
Stephen Creese, Weathertex
“Our association with AIS has opened the door to many project opportunities in a very competitive market. The iFlex program is extremely good for our company as it allows us to make contact with most designers within a firm on the one day.”
